Learning and Development (L&D) Executive/ Sr. Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

YOUR ROLE SUMMARY :

This role requires the incumbent to bear end to end responsibility of all Learning & Development processes. The incumbent in this role will be the custodian of database management and analytics. He/ She would be expected to support the learning agenda set for the organization.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :

  • Design and develop content along with collaterals for learning interventions across varied communication platforms
  • Design and facilitate select learning interventions in conjunction with HRBPs, Region HR or Cluster HR
  • Create content such as case-studies and role plays to support internal learning sessions
  • Partner with HRBPs and other team members to drive critical People Processes effectively
  • Manage Corporate led programs in conjunction with the Corporate L&D team
  • Maintain and review repository of related learning programs, trainers, institutes and engagement partners
  • Reporting of learning activities through dashboards on a pre-determined frequency (monthly/ quarterly/ annually)
  • Record the budget of the team and monitor spend vs actuals

It is estimated that close to 15 million households in Indonesia use at least one of our brands, every day.

Job Description :

1. Translate brand strategy into category commercial plan based on understanding of shopper, category, channel, competition and market. Activities include defining:

2. Assortment strategy by channels / key customers

3. Store picture of success, (reducing shopping barrier); planogram, secondary visibility, in store branding, POSM

4. Promo Playbook for the category

5. Instore activation programs

6. Lead formulation and implementation of NPD Go To Market / launch programs

7. Build category reviews and recommendation to ensure category performance

8. Liaise with Consumer/Shopper Insight team to update and ensure translation of Consumer/Shopper insight into category activities in the market

9. Liaise with account team to manage on top trade spend budget for the category

10. Give inputs to category forecast and demand planning process

11. Manage prioritization of category activities within specific channel

12. Ensure channel & account profitability

13. Liaise with account team to identify source of growth within specific channel/key customer, explore optimization of channel resources/facilities 

Qualifications

1. Experienced within area Key Accounts or Trade Marketing or Brand Management in FMCG companies

2. Strong knowledge and hands-on in sales field and trade marketing

3. Result oriented, entrepreneural and self-motivating

4. Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even faced with obstacles

5. Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
